1. Use the right cleanser for your skin type.

"The material glides on easily and prevents wrinkles and fine lines," says a New Delhi-based dermatologist. “Silk is also gentler on the hair: it helps prevent tangles and breakage. Better hair and skin while you sleep? So please say yes!”
