How to avail KORIC 365 Day Money Back Promise?

You need to notify Koric by emailing care@koric.com within 365 days of purchase of the product with your request for refund/return.

You will need to arrange the return of the product (at your own cost) to KORIC at KANVAR PROBIO PVT.LTD., (KHASRA NO-896.00) SITUATED WITHIN EXTENDED LAL DOA ABADI AREA VILLAGE:  MUNDKA WEST NEW DELHI-110041 STATE NAME-DELHI CODE-07, within five days of acceptance of the return request.

In order to claim a refund under the Koric 365 Day Money Back Promise, you will need to provide us with sufficient feedback on your product experience. This is essential for us to evaluate your request and improve the quality of our products.

All refunds will be made to the payment method used during your original purchase unless this is not possible under your payment provider’s terms and conditions.

Exceptions to the 365 Day Money Back Promise-

Returns or refund claims will only be accepted from the customer who directly purchased the goods from Koric. This is not transferrable.

The 365 Day Money Back Promise does not apply to certain products/categories on the website. Products excluded from the 365 Day Money Back Promise will be determined by Koric at its sole discretion. The excluded products will not carry the 365 Day Money Back Promise Icon on their web page.

Koric reserves the right to refuse a refund under the 365 Day Money Back Promise if:

  • Sufficient feedback is not provided
  • You request refund on a repurchased product previously refunded for
  • Koric feels that a customer is disproportionately using the 365 Day Money Back Promise, or their behavior suggests you are abusing its use.
  • This policy is applicable only on purchase made after (Dec 9, 2022).

Koric reserves the right to amend or withdraw the 365 Day Money Back Promise at any time without notice. Any refund requests pending before the amendment or withdrawal of the policy will be honored. The 365 Day Money Back Promise is not a product warranty in itself.
